How do you stop price blowouts?
Scope and investment are locked before construction. Every variation is priced and approved by you first.
You build 3–4 homes a year, what's the wait?
Builds run 12–18 months. Start the conversation early, even 6–12 months out.
Do you work with my architect?
Both, bring your own or use ours. Either way Tristan collaborates on buildability and cost control.
