North Avoca

Arguably one of the most iconic beach houses in North Avoca, the property underwent an extensive renovation and third level addition when the owners wanted to upgrade and extend their home. The addition, seamlessly integrated with the existing structure, included a 25m2 master bedroom, ensuite and walk-in-robe. Whilst the renovations to the home included 4 new bathrooms, a new kitchen, new joinery to all bedrooms, timber floors throughout, replacement of all windows, new external terraces, extensive landscaping and a custom layered stone driveway.
